Rehabilitation


Rehabilitation is important to sustain prolonged spinal improvement. Dr. Novak believes this can be done without giving you a generic booklet of exercises and or stretches. By tailoring recommended stretches and strengthening exercises, the required time commitment decreases which results in considerably improved compliance.

The rehabilitation is typically three-fold:

  1. Discussed general home care guidelines to enhance healing and minimize aggravations.
  2. Targeted stretches that are shown and explained.
  3. Strengthening exercises that utilize the Theraball and or Theraband
