It is that time of year when our elected officials will be
gathering in St. Paul. Every year bills are brought forward to limit and restrict your ability to access health care
and/or chiropractic services. Last year, Representative Duke Powell of Burnsville was instrumental in protecting chiropractic
benefits. He refused to support the bills that wanted to do away and/or restrict your No-Fault Benefits. He successfully
fought to stop measures requiring pre-authorization and overall chiropractic benefit reductions in Minnesota Health Care Programs.
